In these days as we enter the new year, you can be happier, healthier, and more peaceful with a new awareness. Maybe losing a little weight, getting in shape, perhaps quitting smoking, or turning inward and reflecting on the past year... How wonderful it would be to code ourselves positively and enter the new year by becoming aware of how the real chief works, namely the subconscious, which makes up 99% of the brain, and by clearing away negative emotions. What do you say to renewing yourself in a holistic way, meaning physically, mentally, and spiritually, for a brand-new you?
How Can We Get Rid Of Toxins Physically?
- Alkaline Water (If you drank a lot of alcohol on New Year's Eve, lemon and baking soda water...) Add the juice of one lemon and 1 teaspoon of baking soda powder into 1 liter of water and drink 2 glasses before meals. This will both help keep you full and support weight loss by cleansing the intestines and lymph system just as lemon-added detergents clean oils, and it will also support your health in every way by making your blood more alkaline.
- Consume 3-4 times as much salad alongside proteins. This helps you lose weight by keeping you full and also reduces the acidification caused by proteins. Acidification is one of the important causes of many health problems, obesity, osteoporosis, aging, and even cancer formation.

- Drink vegetable-fruit juice on an empty stomach. For example, juice 1 pomegranate, 2 carrots, 1 apple, and a handful of spinach and drink it. It is more beneficial to do this in the morning. You will get vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that cleanse you and help prevent aging.
- Exfoliate your whole body; this helps open the pores of the skin and supports cleansing.

- Learn proper breathing techniques and diaphragmatic breathing.
- Sit upright in a comfortable place. Take a deep breath through your nose and make sure your abdomen expands as you inhale. During this, your diaphragm moves downward and pushes your intestines. This breathing doubles lung capacity, reduces stress, and also helps cleanse toxins by massaging the lymph vessels in the abdomen.
- If you use cigarettes or alcohol, join quitting programs.
Mental And Spiritual Detox: How Can We Clear Toxins?
- Live in the moment. To build your future, it is necessary to let go of the burdens of the past by valuing the present moment you are in.
- Return to your essence and to silence. Meditate, pray. Join subconscious and guided imagery exercises. Give thanks. All of these will serve as a mirror that helps you know and reconcile with your essence.

You can record the following on a voice recorder or your mobile phone and listen to it. A recording made with your favorite instrumental music in the background would be more beneficial.
Go to a comfortable place where no one will disturb you. Take 5 deep breaths and make sure you completely empty your lungs. Now, while keeping your head still, look upward with your eyes as if you are looking between your eyebrows, without blinking, and take 3 more breaths. While this helps you communicate with the deeper parts of your brain.. As I count from 5 to 1, feel your eyelids starting to get heavy.. 5.. your eyelids are getting heavier 4.. your eyelids are getting even heavier..3.. very heavy now..2… even heavier… and 1 close your eyes… relax deeply..
Now I will count from 5 to 1 to relax your body as well.. relax more with each number..5.. let your neck relax a little more..4.. relax your arms..3 ..relax your abdomen and waist..3.. relax your legs down to your knees..2 ..relax from below your knees to your ankles..and 1 ..relax your toes and every part completely..very good..now imagine a beautiful lake…see what you see..hear what you hear..feel what you feel..you are walking on the shore of the lake..feel the sand under your feet..you can hear the sound of waves hitting the shore.. .now relax even more..while looking at the water, see your clear face in the water..everything becomes clearer..and while the sun coming through the clouds warms you…you feel better…and while looking at the calm lake everything is even clearer..the bottom of the water is seen more clearly…everything reflected is clearer..more beautiful… I am happy to be me.. I love and deeply accept myself..right now..right now…
