What are the conscious mind and the subconscious, and how do they work?

Our brain processes the information it receives both at the conscious level and at the unconscious level. The conscious part of the brain is formed as a result of the activity of the part we call the brain cortex, the part we call the cortex. This makes up about 1% of the brain. And on average, it develops toward the age of eighteen. The remaining 99% of the brain is the part we call the unconscious, more commonly known as the subconscious. I think our biggest mistake is assuming that we will solve everything with our conscious mind. Because we are trying to solve all our problems with the 1% part and with the part that comes at the age of eighteen. That is, we actually recognize the chef wrongly. The chef is not our conscious mind; it is our subconscious, our unconscious mind. I can give an example like this. The conscious mind arrives in the neighborhood at the age of eighteen and says “these places are under my responsibility.” Whereas the subconscious has existed since we were born and makes up 99% of the brain. The real chef is already there. I am of the opinion that if we can use the subconscious, the subconscious that manages our life well, we can solve all our problems. This place we call the unconscious, the subconscious is the side of our brain that we are not aware of. This is the place that controls all involuntary bodily functions, the immune system, the hormonal system. The unconscious also stores all our experiences and memories, and it also forms our intuitions, our attitudes, our thoughts about ourselves, and our habits. The conscious mind, on the other hand, is more critical, more inclined to analyze while solving problems. This can sometimes cause indecision and difficulties in taking action. Under hypnosis, however, the subconscious, which is freed from this analyzing ability of consciousness, comes into a state of receiving suggestions, and the therapy takes place.
