Premature ejaculation, which is a problem for one out of three men, more accurately defined as uncontrolled ejaculation, is the condition in which ejaculation occurs before five minutes during sexual intercourse, where there is no ejaculation control. A man who ejaculates prematurely generally says that when that moment comes, he cannot hold himself. The most important symptoms of premature ejaculation are the following. Here there is uncontrolled ejaculation. There is no control. There may be a decrease in sexual satisfaction, feelings of guilt, feelings of shame, a sense of disappointment, sexual reluctance that occurs over time, erection problems. Symptoms such as being insistent on a second intercourse after the first ejaculation may also be seen. The main cause of premature ejaculation is mostly psychological. Very few have a physical cause. The most important cause is the fast masturbations done in adolescence. Fast masturbation is done to reach pleasure quickly but also not to get caught by the family, and as this is repeated it becomes a habit. Or a young man who can experience multiple orgasms in his youth has never thought about controlling his ejaculation. He has never worked on it. Or he has experienced sexual suppression. Perhaps men who have never masturbated, who have sexual wrong beliefs, unrealistic expectations, inexperience regarding sexual intercourse, along with fatigue, hurt feelings, uneasiness, if there is exaggerated importance given to the penis, in situations of tension caused by excessive sexual desire. Or when a young man thinks he has committed a sin and when he is full of feelings of guilt, these can cause premature ejaculation. Actually, ejaculation is like an ignition mechanism. That is, when it starts, it is an ignition mechanism that cannot be stopped. The aim in treatment is to slow the system down before ejaculation reaches this unstoppable point, and to teach ejaculation control by repeating. In fact, most men ejaculate prematurely in their first sexual intercourse. Later, they learn control. Learning ejaculation control is like learning to control urination and defecation. However, if one does not work on learning this, over the years premature ejaculation can become a habit. Medications and delaying sprays are not a solution. In fact, they enlarge the problem more. Because they reduce sexual pleasure and can cause erection problems. Or, with a more accurate definition, uncontrolled ejaculation is a problem that has a treatment. It is easily treated with a holistic psychotherapy that also includes hydrotherapy.
