It is the condition of ejaculation that occurs persistently and recurrently, with very little sexual stimulation, before sexual intercourse or immediately after intercourse, earlier than the person desires, and without control. What creates dissatisfaction in spouses is that, in most sexual intercourse, the man does not have conscious control over when he will ejaculate. Since there is no ejaculation control, it would be more accurate to say “Uncontrolled Ejaculation” instead of “Premature Ejaculation”.
